Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair extensions and accessories must remain in their factory-sealed condition to be eligible for a refund.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your unused items in their original Milkshakehair packaging, ensuring all security seals and tags are intact.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
